Okay, I have found a rather disturbing topic to discuss today: The act of transformation. If you are the kind of werewolf that cringes from the pain of transforming into their wolf form, do not read this article. But anyways, I have found some pictures of the step-by-step process of the werewolf shapeshifting process. Tell me if they are accurate or not.

Well if you slowed it down to like each millisecond that might be closeish. I might point out though that my first transformation was my only painful one. Now its just like diving into warm water. It feels really good now.
technecally i'm a werefox and ya thats wat i look like except i turn into a fox and it don't hurt either (thank god - every night of transforming into a fox and it hurting would kill me)
ya pretty much it looks like that. it don't hurt (thank god!!)
yeah, thats basically how it goes. i cant talk for other werewolves, but for me, it hurts like hell when i change. i guess i've been injected with too many things.

When did you guys first transform? I've heard you cannot transform before you're 13. is that true?
